Window Blinds. All exterior windows shall be equipped with window blinds in new or like new condition, which shall be provided as part of the TIs. The blinds may be aluminum or plastic vertical blinds, horizontal blinds with aluminum slats of one-inch width or less, solar fabric roller shades, or an equivalent product pre-approved by the Government. The window blinds shall have non-corroding mechanisms and synthetic tapes. Color selection will be made by the Government.
Window Blinds. Landlord will require an interior window blind system installed at all exterior windows which shall conform to the specified standard for the building. Window blinds are not included in the Building shell definition.
Window Blinds. 1. Clean window blinds every six (6) months (two times a year);
2. Dust and clean thoroughly all window blinds using appropriate cleaning materials;
3. Remove all window blinds using ladders, scaffolding, hydraulic lifts, or catwalks as appropriate.

Window Blinds. The Tenant shall have the right to replace Building Standard window blinds in the Premises with a new style of window covering. The Tenant shall provide details of such window treatment to the Landlord for its review and approval, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

Off-white color horizontal mini-blinds supplied by Bartimaeus, Inc. in Atlanta Semi-recessed chrome heads with chrome trim rings Tenant hereby acknowledges that the Premises demised pursuant to the Lease to which this Exhibit “C is attached (the “Lease”), and all tenant finish items to be completed by the Landlord, or Landlord’s contractors, have been satisfactorily completed in every respect, except for the punchlist items set forth below, and Tenant hereby accepts said Premises as substantially complete and ready for the uses intended as set forth in the Lease. Landlord shall complete the punchlist items, if any, as soon as is reasonably possible. Possession of the Premises is hereby delivered to Tenant, and any damages to walls, ceilings, floors or existing work, except for any damages caused by Landlord or Landlord’s contractors in completing any punchlist items, shall be the sole responsibility of Tenant. If any improvements or tenant finishes are to be constructed or installed by Tenant or Tenant’s contractors, as previously approved by Landlord, Tenant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Landlord from and against any claims, demands, loss or damage Landlord may suffer or sustain as a result of such work by Tenant or Tenant’s contractors, including, without limitation, any claim of lien which may be filed against the Premises or Landlord’s Property as a result of such work by Tenant’s contractors or representatives. In the event any such claim of lien is filed against Landlord’s Property by any contractor, laborer or materialman performing work on the Premises at Tenant’s direction, Tenant agrees to cause such lien to be discharged, by payment of the claim or bond, within twenty (20) days of receipt of demand by Landlord. Tenant and Landlord hereby further acknowledge and agree as follows:

Window Blinds. Should Lessee desire to hang mini blinds in the windows, the cost of the mini blinds would be the Lessee's responsibility. The building standard for the mini blinds are the following:

In the event the Tenant intends to install window blinds to the external windows of the Premises it must prior to such installation obtain the prior written approval of the Landlord such approval not to be unreasonably withheld to both the specification and colour of such blinds so as to maintain a consistent look throughout the Estate.
