Window Blinds. All exterior windows shall be equipped with window blinds in new or like new condition, which shall be provided as part of the TIs. The blinds may be aluminum or plastic vertical blinds, horizontal blinds with aluminum slats of one-inch width or less, solar fabric roller shades, or an equivalent product pre-approved by the Government. The window blinds shall have non-corroding mechanisms and synthetic tapes. Color selection will be made by the Government.

Window Blinds. Landlord will require an interior window blind system installed at all exterior windows which shall conform to the specified standard for the building. Window blinds are not included in the Building shell definition.

If any improvements or tenant finishes are to be constructed or installed by Tenant or Tenant’s contractors, as previously approved by Landlord, Tenant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Landlord from and against any claims, demands, loss or damage Landlord may suffer or sustain as a result of such work by Tenant or Tenant’s contractors, including, without limitation, any claim of lien which may be filed against the Premises or Landlord’s Property as a result of such work by Tenant’s contractors or representatives. In the event any such claim of lien is filed against Landlord’s Property by any contractor, laborer or materialman performing work on the Premises at Tenant’s direction, Tenant agrees to cause such lien to be discharged, by payment of the claim or bond, within twenty (20) days of receipt of demand by Landlord. Window Blinds. Should Lessee desire to hang mini blinds in the windows, the cost of the mini blinds would be the Lessee's responsibility. The building standard for the mini blinds are the following:
