Window Coverings. All window coverings for the Leased Premises shall be those approved by Landlord. Tenant shall not place or maintain any window coverings, blinds, curtains or drapes other than those approved by Landlord on any exterior window without Landlord’s prior written approval, which Landlord shall have the right to grant or withhold in its absolute and sole discretion.
