Common use of Window Coverings Clause in Contracts

Window Coverings. Lessor may (but shall not be obligated to) furnish and install window coverings on all exterior windows to maintain a uniform exterior appearance. Lessee shall not remove or replace these window coverings or install any other window covering which would affect the exterior appearance of the Building. Lessee may install lined or unlined draperies on the interior sides of the Lessor furnished window coverings for interior appearance or to reduce light transmission, provided such over draperies do not (in Lessor's determination) affect the exterior appearance of the Building or affect the operation of the Building's heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems.
