In-kind repair or replacement of windows, doors and shutters where profiles, elevations, details and materials match those of the original windows, doors, and shutters. 2. Replacement of window panes provided the result does not alter the existing window material, form, muntin profiles or number of divided lights. This Allowance does not apply to the replacement of existing archaic or decorative glass. Historic windows or glazing may be treated with clear window films. 3.
