WINDSOR POLICE ASSOCIATION. It is the intention of the Board of Commissioners of Police for the City of Windsor to implement the following: The parties hereby agree that changes to the existing level of benefits and reimbursement of expenses that are negotiated for the Uniform members in 1988 and are directly applicable to civilians covered under this agreement, shall be adjusted accordingly. Further, the parties hereby agree that any new additions or amendments to existing benefits and reimbursements of expenses that are negotiated for the Uniform members in 1988 shall apply to civilians where applicable. It is further understood that benefit changes or reimbursement of expenses arising from an arbitration or any new additions or deletions would not be applicable, but would be negotiated subject to agreement between the parties. Notwithstanding anything herein contained to the contrary, it is agreed and understood that this clause shall not, in any way, relate to or affect the salaries negotiated and set out in Schedules A and B to the Collective Agreement.
