Common use of Winter Break Clause in Contracts

Winter Break. In order to equitably distribute travel and work 12 assignments over the Company’s winter break, assignments will first be made with 13 volunteers, then from those bargaining unit employees who have never been so 14 assigned, and then from those bargaining unit employees previously so assigned 15 (working from most distant in time to most recent).
