Tea Breaks Sample Clauses
Tea Breaks. (a) Every employee will be entitled to a paid 10 minute tea break in each four hours worked at a time to be agreed between the employee and employer.
(b) Subject to agreement between the employer and employee, such breaks may alternatively be taken as one 20 minute tea break.
(c) Xxx breaks will count as time worked.
Tea Breaks. Every Employee will be entitled to two paid ten minute tea breaks each shift at a time suitable to the Employer and will be counted as time worked.
Tea Breaks. (a) Employees will take only 1 tea break per shift for shifts of 4 hours or longer.
(b) Employees on shifts of less than 4 hours will not be entitled to a tea break.
(c) A tea break will be a maximum of 15 minutes.
Tea Breaks. (a) Each employee will be entitled two separate ten (10) minute tea breaks (in addition to their meal breaks) duty during each ordinary shift of 7.6 hours or more. The two ten (10) minute tea breaks may alternatively be taken as one of 20 minute tea break, or by one ten (10) minute tea break with the employee allowed to proceed off duty ten minutes before the completion of the normal shift finishing time.
(b) Where an employee works four (4) hours or more but less than 7.6 hours, the employee shall be allowed one ten (10) minute tea break.
(c) Such tea break/s shall count as working time.

Tea Breaks. A break of ten minutes each morning and afternoon shall be granted to all employees. In the alternative, one break of 20 minutes will be granted at the discretion of the employer. These breaks are counted as time worked and taken at a time fixed by the employer provided that the break shall not be granted within one hour of normal commencement or cessation of work or within one hour either side of a meal break.
Tea Breaks. One tea break will be available each day for the duration of 10 minutes which will be taken between the hours of 10.00 am to 11.00 am or 3.00 pm to 4.00 pm.

(ii) where the employee is entitled to one tea break the employee may, in place of taking the break, proceed off duty 10 minutes before the completion of the normal shift finishing time. Such interval shall count as working time.
