Tea Breaks Sample Clauses

Tea Breaks. (a) Every employee will be entitled to a paid 10 minute tea break in each four hours worked at a time to be agreed between the employee and employer. (b) Subject to agreement between the employer and employee, such breaks may alternatively be taken as one 20 minute tea break. (c) Xxx breaks will count as time worked.

Tea Breaks. Every Employee will be entitled to two paid ten minute tea breaks each shift at a time suitable to the Employer and will be counted as time worked.

Tea Breaks. (a) Employees will take only 1 tea break per shift for shifts of 4 hours or longer. (b) Employees on shifts of less than 4 hours will not be entitled to a tea break. (c) A tea break will be a maximum of 15 minutes.

Tea Breaks. (a) Each employee will be entitled two separate ten (10) minute tea breaks (in addition to their meal breaks) duty during each ordinary shift of 7.6 hours or more. The two ten (10) minute tea breaks may alternatively be taken as one of 20 minute tea break, or by one ten (10) minute tea break with the employee allowed to proceed off duty ten minutes before the completion of the normal shift finishing time. (b) Where an employee works four (4) hours or more but less than 7.6 hours, the employee shall be allowed one ten (10) minute tea break. Subject to agreement between Xxxxxxxxxx and the employee. (c) Such tea break/s shall count as working time.

Tea Breaks. One tea break will be available each day for the duration of 10 minutes which will be taken between the hours of 10.00 am to 11.00 am or 3.00 pm to 4.00 pm.

Tea Breaks. The Company Member must have a break of 15 minutes within any continuous working period of 3 hours.

Such interval(s) shall count as working time; or (ii) where the employee is entitled to one tea break the employee may, in place of taking the break, proceed off duty 10 minutes before the completion of the normal shift finishing time. Such interval shall count as working time.

Tea Breaks. 35.2.1 An employee who works 7.6 hours or more per day shall be entitled to a rest pause of fifteen minutes' duration in the employers' time in the first and second half of his or her daily work. 35.2.2 Rest pauses are to be taken as one continuous period, and cannot be taken in conjunction with the lunch period. 35.2.3 Such rest pauses shall be taken at such times as will not interfere with the continuity of work and shall be counted as time worked.

Tea Breaks. 16.2.1 In addition to meal breaks, employees are entitled to two ten-minute tea breaks per shift of 7.6 hours or more. Where less than 7.6 hours are worked, employees shall be allowed one 10 minute tea break in each four hour period. 16.2.2 Subject to agreement between the employee and supervisor, the two 10 minute breaks may be taken as one break of 20 minutes or a 10 minute break with the employee able to forgo the second tea break and proceed off duty 10 minutes prior to normal completion time. Tea breaks shall count as working time.
