Winter or Summer Session Clause Samples

The 'Winter or Summer Session' clause defines the terms and conditions that apply specifically to academic sessions held outside the standard fall and spring semesters. It typically outlines how enrollment, tuition, and academic policies are managed for courses offered during these shorter, intensive periods, such as a January term or summer school. This clause ensures that both students and the institution understand the unique rules and expectations for these sessions, thereby providing clarity and preventing misunderstandings regarding academic requirements and administrative procedures during non-traditional terms.
