WIP Reports. (1) From time to time at the discretion of the Lender, Lender shall generate an updated WIP Report related to the Borrower's Units included in the Borrowing Base Collateral. The Lender shall utilize the WIP Report in determining the Borrowing Base Value, the Borrowing Base Outstanding Amount, the Borrowing Base Allowable Disbursement Amount and other information related to the Units included in the ABF Program.

WIP Reports. (a) On such Business Days as the Borrower determines, the Borrower may deliver to the Lender updated WIP Reports, provided that Borrower may deliver the WIP Reports to Lender no more often than one time per Business Day. Until such time as the Lender has received and approved, in accordance with SUBSECTION (b) below, an updated WIP Report, the Lender shall utilize the most recently approved WIP Report in determining the Borrowing Base Amount.
WIP Reports. Within five (5) days after the close of each month, you will provide to us a report (a "WIP REPORT"), current as of the last day of the month then ended and in such form and containing such information as we may reasonably require, detailing the status of your work in progress and changes therein since the close of the immediately preceding month.

  • Transaction Reports Subadviser shall provide Investment Manager a daily trade file with information relating to all transactions concerning the allocated portion of the Fund’s assets for which Subadviser is responsible and shall provide Investment Manager with such other information regarding the Fund upon Investment Manager’s reasonable request. Subadviser shall affirm or send a trade file of these transactions as instruction to the custodian of the Fund.

  • Lien Search Reports Lender shall have received satisfactory reports of UCC (collectively, the “UCC Searches”), federal tax lien, bankruptcy, state tax lien, judgment and pending litigation searches conducted by a search firm reasonably acceptable to Lender. Such searches shall have been received in relation to each Borrower and each equity owner in each Borrower, the Operating Lessee and each Manager.
