Common use of Wiring and Cabling Installations Clause in Contracts

Wiring and Cabling Installations. No boring or cutting for wires or cables will be allowed without the prior written consent of Landlord. The location of burglar alarms, smoke detectors, telephones, call boxes and other office equipment affixed to the Premises shall be subject to the prior written consent of Landlord. Landlord shall not unreasonably withhold or delay its consent to the matters specified in this Rule 9.
