Common use of With Cause by District Clause in Contracts

With Cause by District. District may terminate this Agreement upon giving of written notice of intention to terminate for cause. Cause shall include: 7.3.1. material violation of this Agreement by the Consultant; or 7.3.2. any act by Consultant exposing the District to liability to others for personal injury or property damage; or 7.3.3.
