Withdrawal by Party. Any Party may withdraw from this Contract upon six (6) months prior notice in writing to the Land Bank and all Parties as provided under Section 10.01. Upon the effective withdrawal of any Party to this Contract, the Party so withdrawing will no longer have any rights to funds or other assets of the Land Bank. The Land Bank shall not automatically dissolve upon the withdrawal of one or more Parties except that no City may maintain the existence of a land bank if the County in which the City is located withdraws from the Land Bank, and no County may maintain the existence of a Land Bank if the single City that is both located within that county and a Party withdraws from the Land Bank.

Withdrawal by Party. Any Party may withdraw from this Agreement at any time after the initial 12-week term upon 14 days written notice to the other Parties. Should only one or two parties desire to continue employment of the intern, those parties may do so by entering into a new agreement.
Withdrawal by Party. Any Party may withdraw from this Agreement upon six (6) months’ notice to the other Parties, and to the Land Bank, but such withdrawal shall in no case be effective until the end of the then-current 3-year term. The withdrawing Party shall have no rights to funds or other assets of the Land Bank. If at the time of withdrawal the requirements of the Land Bank Act provide that some Real Property of the Land Bank be liquidated, any sums received from the sale of such properties shall remain the funds of the Land Bank. Upon the withdrawal of any Party to this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall remain in force for any remaining Parties to the Agreement.
Withdrawal by Party. Any Party shall have the option to withdraw from this Agreement by giving each of the Parties at least 120 days advance written notice, to be effective at the end of the program year in which the notice of withdrawal is given. Any withdrawal by any Party is subject to the approval of the Governor of the State of Washington.

  • Withdrawal of Bid Any bidder who makes a bid but withdraws the same before the fall of the hammer, shall have his/her deposit equal to 10% of reserve price forfeited as agreed liquidated damages for payment to the Assignee/Bank.   • Withdrawal Rights Except as otherwise provided in this Section 4, tenders of Shares made pursuant to the Offer are irrevocable. Any such notice of withdrawal must specify the name of the person who tendered the Shares to be withdrawn, the number of Shares to be withdrawn and the name of the registered holder, if different from that of the person who tendered such Shares. If Share Certificates evidencing Shares to be withdrawn have been delivered or otherwise identified to the Depositary, then, prior to the physical release of such Share Certificates, the serial numbers shown on such Share Certificates must be submitted to the Depositary and the signature(s) on the notice of withdrawal must be guaranteed by an Eligible Institution, unless such Shares have been tendered for the account of an Eligible Institution. If Shares have been tendered pursuant to the procedure for book-entry transfer as set forth in Section 3, any notice of withdrawal must also specify the number of the account at the Book-Entry Transfer Facility to be credited with the withdrawn Shares and otherwise comply with the Book-Entry Transfer Facility's procedures. All questions as to the form and validity (including time of receipt) of notices of withdrawal will be determined by Purchaser, in its sole discretion, whose determination will be final and binding on all parties.
