Withdrawal by petitioner. If you submit a withdrawal request for a peti- tion seeking an election that the Re- gional Director receives after the no- xxxx of hearing issues or after approval of an election agreement, whichever occurs first, you will be barred from fil- ing another petition seeking an elec- tion for the same unit or any subdivi- sion of the unit for six (6) months from the date on which the Regional Direc- tor approves the withdrawal.
