Withdrawal by the Parents. If the Student is Withdrawn on less than a Term/Month's Written Notice, or excluded for more than 28 days for non-payment of Fees as set out in clause 4.7, Fees In Lieu Of Notice less the Acceptance Deposit will be due and payable as a debt immediately unless the place is filled immediately and without loss to the School. The School reserves the right to offset the Additional Deposit, if paid, against the Term's Fees.
Withdrawal by the Parents. If the Pupil is Withdrawn on less than a Full Term's Written Notice, Fees in lieu of Notice less the Acceptance Deposit (which will be retained by the School and offset against the Fees in lieu of Notice) will be due and payable immediately, unless all places are filled immediately and without loss to the School. The School shall offset the Additional Deposit, if paid, against the Term's Fees.
