Examples of Fees in lieu of notice in a sentence
There will be no charge to Fees in lieu of notice but, save for any contrary provisions in any other agreement made between the Parents and the School, all arrears of Fees and any other sums due to the School will be payable.
If the Pupil is excluded for a period of 28 days, he / she will be deemed withdrawn without Notice and a Term's Fees in lieu of notice will be payable in accordance with Section 9.
One Term's Fees in lieu of notice represents a genuine pre-estimate of the School's loss in these circumstances, and sometimes the actual loss to the School will be much greater.
If the Parents receive less than a Term's notice of a Fees increase they may give to the School written notice of withdrawal of the Pupil within 21 days and will not be liable to pay Fees in lieu of notice and the Acceptance Deposit will be refunded without interest less any sums owing to the School.
Fees in lieu of notice (where applicable) and any other sum due and owing to the School at that time will be deducted from the sum to be refunded.
