WITHDRAWAL CHARGES. If part or all of the Contract Value is Withdrawn, Withdrawal Charges may be applied at the time of Withdrawal. The Withdrawal Charge is applied to Purchase Payments withdrawn. The amount of the charge is based on the Contract Year in which the Withdrawal is made. See the Withdrawal Charges shown on page 3.
