Withdrawal Conditions; Withdrawal Period. 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Part A of this Section, no withdrawal shall be made for payments made prior to the date of this Agreement, except that withdrawals up to an aggregate amount not to exceed the equivalent of SDR 1,000,000 may be made for payments made within one year prior to this date but on or after October 1, 2009, for Eligible Expenditures under Category (1), (2), (3) and (4). 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of Part A of this Section, no withdrawal shall be made for payments made prior to the date of this Agreement, except that withdrawals up to an aggregate amount not to exceed the equivalent of SDR 1,000,000 650,000 may be made for payments made within one year prior to this date but on or after October August 1, 20092011(but in no case more than one year prior to the date of this Agreement), for Eligible Expenditures under Category (1), (2), (3) and (4)the Project. 2. The Closing Date is June 30December 31, 20162015.

Withdrawal Conditions; Withdrawal Period. 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Part A of this Section, no withdrawal shall be made made: (a) for payments made prior to the date of this Agreement, except that withdrawals up to an aggregate amount not to exceed the SDR 520,000 equivalent of SDR 1,000,000 may be made for payments made within one year prior to this date but on or after October January 1, 20092008, for Eligible Expenditures under the Project; or (b) under Category (1)2 unless an Operations Manual for the Small Grants Program acceptable to the Association, (2), (3) and (4)has been adopted. 2. The Closing Date is June 30December 31, 20162013.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Part A of this Section, no withdrawal shall be made for payments made prior to the date of this Agreement, except that withdrawals up to an aggregate amount not to exceed the equivalent of SDR 1,000,000 SDR4,340,000 ($6,515,000 equivalent), may be made for payments made within one year prior to this date but on or after October 1June 30, 20092006, for Eligible Expenditures under Category 1 (1), (2), (3) and (4a). 2. The Closing Date is June 30October 31, 20162012.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Part A of this Sectionabove, no withdrawal shall be made made: (a) for payments made prior to the date of this AgreementSignature Date, except that withdrawals up to an aggregate amount not to exceed the equivalent of SDR 1,000,000 330,000 may be made for payments made within one year prior to this date but on or after October March 1, 20092019, for Eligible Expenditures under Category (1), ; or (b) for Emergency Expenditures under Category (2), (3) unless and (4)until the Association is satisfied that all of the conditions listed in Section I.C.2 of this Schedule 2 have been met in respect of said expenditures. 2. The Closing Date is June 30August 1, 20162024.

Withdrawal Conditions; Withdrawal Period. 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Part A of this SectionSection VI, no withdrawal withdrawals shall be made for payments made prior to the date of this Agreement, except that withdrawals up to an aggregate amount not to exceed the SDR 75,000 equivalent of SDR 1,000,000 may be made for payments made within one year prior to this date but on or after October 1May 15, 20092006, for Eligible Expenditures under Category (1), (2), (3) and (4)related to Part D of the Project. 2. The Closing Date is June 30December 31, 20162010.

Withdrawal Conditions; Withdrawal Period. 1.
