Common use of Withdrawal from Residence Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal from Residence. If a Resident chooses to withdraw from the Residence for any reason, a $650 withdrawal fee is charged for early termination of this Agreement. In addition, the Resident is responsible for the period in which they occupied the Room at a pro-rated cost. All requests for withdrawal must be submitted in writing to Student Housing & Residence Life a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the date of departure. Failure to do so will result in a $600 administrative fee as outlined in Section 5.5.

All requests for withdrawal must be submitted in writing to Student Housing & Residence Life via the Withdrawal Form in StarRez a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the date of departure. Failure to do so will result in a $600 administrative 400 late notice fee as outlined in Section 5.5.
