Common use of Withdrawal in the Spring and Summer Sessions Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal in the Spring and Summer Sessions. When applicable, a student may withdraw from residence before the end of their contract by providing the University a Notice of Withdrawal form with four (4) weeks’ notice. If such notice is not given, and the student vacates the premises early, four weeks of room and board charges will be applied to the student’s account.
