Withdrawal Limitations. The member may withdraw and use from the sick leave bank during the school year not more than twice the number of days accrued prior to the beginning of the work year or twenty-four (24) days, whichever is greater. Notwithstanding, the member shall not withdraw and use more than sixty (60) days during the work year.
