Withdrawal Management. A. The Contractor shall provide at least one of the five levels of withdrawal management (WM) services according to the ASAM Criteria, when determined by a Medical Director or Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts as medically necessary, and in accordance with the beneficiary’s individualized beneficiary plan. B. The Contractor shall ensure that all beneficiaries that are receiving both residential services and WM services are monitored during the detoxification process. C. The Contractor shall provide medically necessary habilitative and rehabilitative services in accordance with an individualized treatment plan prescribed by a licensed physician or licensed prescriber.
