Common use of Withdrawal of Access/Suspension of Service Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal of Access/Suspension of Service. The Credit Union reserves the right to deny, suspend or revoke access to the Service immediately, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion with or without notice to you.

The Credit Union reserves the right to deny, suspend or revoke access to the Service immediately, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion with or discretion, without notice if the Credit Union believes Member is in breach of this Agreement or otherwise using or accessing the Service in a manner inconsistent with the terms and conditions hereof. Further, the Credit Union or its subcontractor shall have the right to yoususpend the Service immediately in the event of an emergency.

The My Credit Union reserves the right to deny, suspend or revoke access to the Service Services immediately, in whole or in part, at in its sole discretion discretion, without notice, if My Credit Union believes Depositor and/or its Authorized users are in breach of this Agreement or are otherwise using or accessing the Services incon- sistent with the terms and conditions hereof. Further, My Credit Union or without notice its subcontractor shall have the right to yoususpend the Service immediately in the event of an emergency or in the event of force majeure as set forth in the Service Agreement.
