Withdrawal of Content. The Licensor reserves the right to withdraw from the Licensed Products content that it no longer retains the right to license or that it has reasonable grounds to believe is unlawful, harmful, false or infringing. If the withdrawal represents more than fifteen (15%) percent of the content comprising the Licensed Products, the Licensor shall refund to the Subscriber the amount of the Fees that is proportional to the amount of content withdrawn and the remaining unexpired portion of the period for which the Fees were paid.
