Development and Implementation. The development and implementation of the Managed Facility’s specific marketing program shall be effected substantially by Managed Facility Personnel, with periodic assistance from Corporate Personnel with marketing and sales expertise. Except as may be included in the Centralized Services Charges, any such assistance provided by any Corporate Personnel shall be at no cost to Tenant or the Managed Facility for such Corporate Personnel’s time, but the reasonable Out-of-Pocket Expenses incurred by Manager or its Affiliates in connection with such assistance shall be Operating Expenses. Subject to the provisions of Section 5.1 relating to the Annual Budget, the Managed Facility’s specific marketing program shall be in accordance with the Operating Standard, and in any event shall be Non-Discriminatory, and comply with the sales, advertising and public relations policies and guidelines and corporate identity requirements established by Manager, for Other Managed Facilities and Other Managed Resorts, as such policies, guidelines and requirements may be modified from time to time. Subject to the provisions of Section 5.1 relating to the Annual Budget, Manager shall have the right to engage a Person on behalf of Tenant to perform such marketing and public relations activities for the Managed Facility pursuant to this Article IX.
Development and Implementation of Job Evaluation Plan
2.1 The Hay Consultant Group are engaged by GO Transit in development and implementation of a Job Evaluation Program covering Schedule “Al” employees, and OFPT Positions covered under Schedule “A2”.
2.2 The Hay Consultant shall provide information, assistance and guidance to the Steering and Technical Committees at various stages of development and implementation of the Job Evaluation Plan.
Development and Implementation. A Remediation Plan is developed in consultation with the Teacher. Within seven (7) business days after the conclusion of the Targeted Support Plan, the Teacher shall meet with Human Resources to discuss the remediation process.

Development and Implementation. The Principal and the staff shall be responsible for establishing special area programs within their school in cooperation with the appropriate supervisory personnel. A basic core of certified teachers shall be used wherever possible and they will be responsible for their particular program. Auxiliary personnel may be used to augment and enrich such programs. Within the confines of each school’s program, the supervisory person shall develop, set standards for, and evaluate the overall K-12 special area programs in the District. The specialist shall serve the student, the classroom teacher, and the school and is responsible to the Principal and the supervisor. The classroom teacher and specialist will work together to integrate the special areas with the academic subjects. Supervisory personnel, Principals and staff shall cooperate fully in the implementation of these special area programs.
Development and Implementation. The Targeted Support Plan shall be developed in collaboration with the Teacher by September 1st. The Teacher shall be provided a minimum of sixty (60) business days to implement the Targeted Support Plan. At the conclusion of implementation, there shall be a conference held with the Evaluator and Teacher in order to review the Targeted Support Plan, its implementation, and the Teacher’s progress.
Development and Implementation of sustainable socially productive projects and programs
Development and Implementation. The Interface will enable End Users to order Reports online from FARES for electronic delivery via the Hub. End Users will use the Interface (via a web browser or other means) to access the Valuation Service and order Reports. The Report request will be forwarded electronically by the Hub to the applicable FARES data server, which will generate the request for a Report and transmit such Report back to the Hub in XML format or to the End User in an appropriate electronic delivery format (such as HTML pages).
