Withdrawal of coverage. If an insured person settles or negotiates a claim without our consent, not to be unreasonably withheld, or withdraws a claim without our consent, not to be unreasonably withheld, or does not give to the appointed representative any instructions that we reasonably require, we can withdraw coverage and will be entitled to reclaim from the insured person any legal costs we have paid.
