WITHDRAWAL OF MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT. 3.1 You cannot withdraw money from your account during the term of your account. The term of the account is specified in the product summary box for each account. The term will commence on the date that the initial deposit is received. 3.2 At least 21 calendar days before the expiry of the term of the account (the “maturity date”) we will contact you to advise you of the upcoming maturity date to let you know what your options are. We will send you another reminder around 14 calendar days before maturity of the account. Upon receiving our notification, you may instruct us on whether to pay the amounts due to you to your nominated account, or to place the funds in another JN Bank savings account. 3.3 If we don’t receive any instructions from you on or before the maturity date, we will leave your account open and continue to hold the balance in your account, but the terms of your account will be automatically amended in the following manner as at the maturity date: 3.3.1 the interest rate applicable to your account will be amended to a variable rate which matches the prevailing interest rate payable on our JN Bank Easy Access Savings Account. This interest rate will be applied in the same manner as is detailed in specific term 5 of Section B (and specific term 4 of this section shall not apply); and 3.3.2 you will be able to provide us with instructions on how the accumulated balance should be dealt with at any time (in line with the options provided to you under specific term 3.2 of this section), however we will only accept instructions which relate to the entire balance we hold in your account. If our effecting of an instruction would result in there still being funds held in your account, we reserve the right to reject that instruction and shall not incur any liability for any losses you suffer as a result of such a rejection. 3.4 We may waive, at our complete discretion, the restriction on withdrawals under specific term 3.1 in circumstances we deem to be exceptional (for example where you can prove financial hardship). We reserve the right to request evidence of the existence of exceptional circumstances. If you believe there are exceptional circumstances which require you to withdraw your funds you must contact us either at Customer Services on 0808 196 1945 or through secure messaging via internet banking. Where we do waive the withdrawal restriction under this clause, we will transfer you your full account balance plus any outstanding interest accumulated up to the date of withdrawal which is due. This action will close your account. 3.5 Partial withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

3.4 The terms and conditions of the balance in your account, but the terms of your easy access savings account will be automatically amended applicable in the following manner as at the maturity date:
3.3.1 your savings account and the interest rate applicable to your account will be amended to a variable rate which matches the prevailing interest rate payable on our JN Bank Easy Access Savings Account. This interest rate will be applied in the same manner as is detailed in specific term 5 of Section B (and specific term 4 of this section shall not apply); and.
3.3.2 3.5 you will be able to provide us with instructions on how the accumulated balance should be dealt with at any time (in line with the options provided to you under specific term 3.2 of this section), however we aim to keep you informed at each step, in situation of withdrawal of funds and renewal with relevant email communication. Otherwise in case of no response from our customer, will only accept instructions which relate to provide easy access savings account detail on the entire balance we hold in your email, if not holding one. We will convey bank account specifics and relevant documentations of the account. If our effecting of an instruction would result in there still being funds held in your account, we reserve the right to reject that instruction and shall not incur any liability for any losses you suffer as a result of such a rejection.

3.2 At the time of maturity of fixed term account, we believe that our customers must be timely informed, so that they can take right decision of their savings amount of money, therefore.
3.2.1 At least 21 22 calendar days before the expiry of the term of the account (the “maturity date”) we will contact you through an automated email and request you to advise you confirm your choice of either renewal of fixed deposit or withdrawal of the upcoming funds on maturity. If you take the action, we will record your instructions and perform accordingly on the maturity date date.
3.2.2 If there is no response received in above scenario mentioned in 3.2.1 clause, we will share another email reminder before 14 days of the closure of your fixed term account and once again request you to let act with same given choices. If you know what take the action at this stage, we will record your options are. We instructions and perform accordingly on the maturity date.
3.2.3 In case of no action to the above clause 3.2.1 and 3.2.2, we will send you another third and final reminder around 14 calendar before 2 days before maturity of the accountmaturity and anticipate an action from our customers with the similar given choices. Upon receiving our notificationany notifications, you may instruct us on whether to pay the amounts due to you to your nominated account, renew the fixed term account or to place the funds in another JN Bank savings account.
