WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSALS. Any proposal may be withdrawn at any time prior to the time fixed in the public notice for the opening of proposals, but only by a written request from the Proposer or its authorized representative filed with the Trustees. A request to withdraw a proposal that is communicated orally in person, or by the use of telegram or telephone is not acceptable. The withdrawal of a proposal shall not prejudice the right of a Proposer to file a new proposal.
