The Trustee may withdraw as the administrator of the Fund upon 90 days’ prior notice given to the Annuitant in the manner set out in Section 13.f) hereof and provided a replacement trustee has accepted the appointment and on condition such replacement is a body corporate resident in Canada duly authorized by the applicable laws to act in such capacity.
