Withdrawal of Bid Any bidder who makes a bid but withdraws the same before the fall of the hammer, shall have his/her deposit equal to 10% of reserve price forfeited as agreed liquidated damages for payment to the Assignee/Bank. The Auctioneer reserves the right to put the property again for sale at the last undisputed bid, or otherwise to adjourn the auction to another date.
Modification and Withdrawal of Bids 22.1 Bidders may modify or withdraw their bids by giving notice in writing before the deadline prescribed in Clause 20.
Change of Vehicle 13.1 We reserve the right to substitute a comparable or superior Vehicle in extreme circumstances. This does not constitute a breach of contract and does not entitle You to any refund.
WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS Bids may be withdrawn by bidders prior to the time set for official opening. After time has been called, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty-five days after the time and date of opening except as provided in O.C.G.A Section 13-10-22 (appreciable error in calculation of bid). Negligence or error on the part of any bidder in preparing his bid confers no right of withdrawal or modification of his bid after time has been called except as provided by Georgia law.
Payment for Change of Scope Payment for Change of Scope shall be made in accordance with the payment schedule specified in the Change of Scope Order.
CHANGE OF T-PIN The Account Holder may change his T-PIN from time to time in accordance with the Bank’s prescribed procedure then prevailing. The Bank shall be entitled, in its reasonable discretion but without liability and without giving any reason, to reject any selection made by the Account Holder as his substituted T-PIN; if the Bank so approves, such substituted T-PIN, shall take effect from the time of receipt by the Bank of such instructions from the Account Holder. The Account Holder shall take all steps not to select such numbers as a substitute T-PIN which may easily be ascertained or otherwise facilitate fraud or forgery.
Withdrawal of Grievance A grievance may be withdrawn at any level without establishing a precedent.
Termination for Change of Control This Agreement may be terminated immediately by SAP upon written notice to Provider if Provider comes under direct or indirect control of any entity competing with SAP. If before such change Provider has informed SAP of such potential change of control without undue delay, the Parties agree to discuss solutions on how to mitigate such termination impact on Customer, such as stepping into the Customer contract by SAP or by any other Affiliate of Provider or any other form of transition to a third party provider.
NOTICE OF CHANGE OR CANCELLATION There shall be no cancellation, material change, exhaustion of aggregate limits, or intent not to renew insurance coverage, either in whole or in part, without at least sixty (60) days prior written Legal Notice by Contractor to Enterprise Services. Failure to provide such notice, as required, shall constitute default by Contractor. Any such written notice shall include the Master Contract number stated on the cover of this Master Contract.
Change of Schedule (a) (applicable to full-time employees only) Where an employee's schedule is changed by the Hospital with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice, she shall receive time and one-half (1½) of her regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked on her next shift.
