Withdrawals from the Collection Account. (a) The HELOC Servicer shall, from time to time as provided herein, make withdrawals from the Collection Account of amounts on deposit therein pursuant to Section 3.06 that are attributable to the HELOC Mortgage Loans for the following purposes (without duplication):
