Withdrawing Member's Deliveries. At or before the Effective Date, the Withdrawing Member shall deliver to the Company the following:

At or before the Effective Date, the Withdrawing Member shall deliver to the Company the following: (i)an executed acknowledgement to the First Amendment, in the Withdrawing Member's capacity as a withdrawing member of the Company; (ii)the written resignation of its Representatives and Alternates from the Executive Committee in the form attached as Exhibit B hereto; and (iii)such resolutions, authorizations, or other corporate and/or limited liability company documents or agreements relating to the Withdrawing Member and the Company's Members as shall be reasonably requested by the Company.
