Withholdings Taxes. The payment of any monies or benefits pursuant to this Agreement is subject to deductions and withholdings required by law. You are solely responsible for, and will pay, all taxes, contributions or other payments to any taxing authorities which arise from Your receipt of monies or benefits under this Agreement.
