Withholdings Taxes. Any withholding or other tax that is required by law to be withheld with respect to payments owed by Werewolf pursuant to this Agreement shall be deducted by Werewolf from such payment prior to remittance and paid to the applicable tax authority. Werewolf shall promptly furnish Harpoon evidence of any such taxes withheld and paid and reasonably assist Werewolf in obtaining applicable credits and refunds with respect thereto.
