Reappointment Within Six Months 261. A permanent employee who resigns and is subsequently reappointed to a position in the same classification within six (6) months of the effective date of resignation shall be reappointed to the same salary step that the employee received at the time of resignation.

LOCATION WITHIN ENTERPRISE OR REINVESTMENT ZONE At the time of the Application Approval Date, the Land is within an area designated either as an enterprise zone, pursuant to Chapter 2303 of the TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE, or a reinvestment zone, pursuant to Chapter 311 or 312 of the TEXAS TAX CODE. The legal description, and information concerning the designation, of such zone is attached to this Agreement as EXHIBIT 1 and is incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.
How Much May I Contribute to a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account? The maximum contribution that can be made to all Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account that cover a particular beneficiary may not exceed $2,000. It is the joint responsibility of the contributor and the beneficiary to verify that excess contributions are not made on behalf of a particular beneficiary. Qualifying rollover contributions and transfers are not subject to these limitations. Note that special rules apply to contributions to Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Accounts for purposes of gift and estate taxes. In addition, if your adjusted gross income (or combined income if you file a joint tax return) as modified below exceeds certain limits, you are not eligible to make a contribution to a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account. For this purpose your adjusted gross income is increased by amounts excluded under Section 911 (certain exclusions applicable to U.S. citizens or residents living abroad), Section 931 (certain exclusions applicable to U.S. citizens or residents living in Guam, American Samoa, or the Northern Mariana Islands), and Section 933 (certain exclusions applicable to U.S. citizens and residents living in Puerto Rico) of the Code. The amount you may contribute to a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account for a particular beneficiary is reduced proportionately for adjusted gross income (as modified above) within the applicable dollar range. The applicable dollar range is $95,000 to $110,000 for an individual, a married individual filing a separate tax return or a head of household and for a married individual filing a joint tax return this range is increased to $190,000 to $220,000. Days Unless otherwise specifically indicated to the contrary, the word "days" as used in this Lease shall mean and refer to calendar days.

WITHIN GRADE INCREASES Section 1. This Article and appropriate law, regulation or procedure governs within grade step increases.
Physical Distancing 1. The District shall limit occupancy of bathrooms, elevators, locker rooms, staff rooms, offices, warehouses, and conference rooms, and any other shared work or school spaces to provide no less than six (6) feet of distancing. Adjacent bathroom stalls may be used. The District shall post signs with occupancy limits conspicuously at the entrance to each room.
Business Days If any time period for giving notice or taking action hereunder expires on a day which is a Saturday, Sunday or holiday in the state in which the Company’s chief executive office is located, the time period shall be automatically extended to the business day immediately following such Saturday, Sunday or holiday.
