Common use of WMD End Users Clause in Contracts

WMD End Users. Purchaser represents and warrants that, unless authorized, it will not directly or indirectly sell, supply, export, re-export, make available, transfer, or use any Supplier products, technology, or software in the design, development, production, operation, installation (including on-site installation), maintenance (checking), repair, overhaul, or refurbishing of nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons (or the development, production, maintenance or storage of missiles capable of delivering such weapons), safeguarded and unsafeguarded nuclear materials, missiles, space launch vehicles, unmanned aerial vehicles, or maritime nuclear propulsion.
