Common use of WORK ACCEPTANCE Clause in Contracts

WORK ACCEPTANCE. Contractor shall provide project oversight as needed. All work rejected as unsatisfactory shall be corrected prior to final acceptance. State may also periodically provide personnel for administrative oversight from the initiation of the task order through project completion. All work will be inspected by the ordering agency or designated liaison prior to approval of any SOWTO payments. Contractor shall respond within seven calendar days after notice of defects has been given by the ordering agency and proceed to immediately remedy all defects.
