WORK ACCIDENTS AND OCCUPATIONAL DISEASES. The following provisions apply to the employee who suffers an employment injury covered by the Act respecting industrial accidents and occupational diseases (CQLR, chapter A-3.001). The board shall undertake to apply the provisions of the Act respecting industrial accidents and occupational diseases (CQLR, chapter A-3.001) as regards an employee, his or her rights, benefits and advantages which are better than or in addition to those prescribed in this article.
