Work Beyond Regularly Scheduled Hours. a. Employees who work hours other than their regularly scheduled time will be paid their regular rate of pay for hours under forty (40) in a work week and time and one half their regular rate of pay for work over forty (40) in a week. b. Substitute work by bargaining unit members, whether during contract time or during off contract time, shall be voluntary and shall be paid at the bargaining unit member’s regular rate of pay unless the employee is eligible for higher classification pay under Paragraph 4, below.
