Work Beyond The School Year. Expenses If the work requested requires that the employee travel more than 20 km from their normal work site, they shall be reimbursed for actual expenses related to traveling costs, accommodation, meals and other expenses incurred to a maximum of the B.C.S.T.A. rates, upon submission of an expense voucher.
