Common use of Work by Others Not Noted Clause in Contracts

Work by Others Not Noted. If any performance of additional work by other contractors or County is not noted in the Contract Documents prior to the execution of the Contract, written notice thereof shall be given to Contractor prior to starting any such additional Work. If Contractor believes that the performance of such additional Work by County or others involves it in additional expense or entitles it to an extension of the contract time, it may make a claim therefore as provided in Section 3.3 of the Construction Contract.
