County’s Representative. The Project is under the authority of the Montrose County Public Works Department. The Public Works Director or Public Works Director’s designee shall be County’s liaison with Contractor with respect to the performance of the Work.
County’s Representative. The County’s Administrator or its Director of Public Works and Engineering, or his/her respective designee, will act on behalf of the County with regard to the commodities available to the Local Government Entity.
County’s Representative. A person designated to act as County’s Representative with respect to Design-Build Firm's performance of the Work. Such person shall have complete authority to transmit instructions, receive information, interpret and define County's policies, and make decisions with respect to performance of the Work.
County’s Representative. The County may designate a representative who will serve as the primary contact for Consultant. If designated, Consultant shall report to this designated representative and it is through this representative that day-to-day contact with the Court shall occur. The County may also choose to have the entire Commissioners Court act as its contact in which case Consultant shall report to the Commissioners Court by reporting to each of the five members of the Court or their designees.
County’s Representative. Construction project administration, inspection, and acceptance of materials and workmanship shall be the responsibility of the County. Unless otherwise provided elsewhere in the Contract Documents, the CEI or A/E shall be the County’s designated representative during the construction period. Accordingly, the terms “engineer,” “inspector” and other references to the person or persons granting approval, authority, or permission, conducting inspections or tests, observing the Work and so forth, may refer the CEI or A/E. The duties and responsibilities and the limitations of authority of CEI / A/E as County’s representative during construction will be set forth in more detail at the Pre-Construction Conference. Should the County appoint as its representative a party other than the CEI or A/E, County shall give Contractor prompt notice.
County’s Representative. County hereby designates the Behavioral Health Director, or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Agreement ("County's Representative"). County's Representative shall have the power to act on behalf of County for all purposes under this Agreement. Provider shall not accept direction or orders from any person other than County's Representative or his or her designee.
County’s Representative. The Eagle County Road & Bridge Director, or his designee shall be Vendor’s contact with respect to this Agreement.
County’s Representative. The County’s Representative for this Agreement shall be the County Manager or designee or such other individual as County shall designate in writing. Whenever approval or authorization from or communication or submission to County is required by this Agreement, such communication or submission shall be directed to the County’s Representative and approvals or authorizations shall be issued only by such Representative; provided, however, that in exigent circumstances when County’s Representative is not available, MDT may direct its communication or submission to other designated County personnel or agents.
County’s Representative. County has designated HCA/Facilities Services Manager as its sole representative with respect to the matters set forth in this Work Letter, who, until further notice to Lessor, shall have full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of the County as required in this Work Letter. County’s Representative. County’s Representative, as identified in “Exhibit A”, shall be authorized to act on the County’s behalf with respect to the Work as the County’s designated representative; provided that any changes to the Work or the terms of this Agreement must be approved as provided in Section 6 above.
