WORK CLASSIFICATIONS. Section 1 WELDERS, FITTERS, AND BURNING TABLE OPERATORS Welders, Fitters, and Burning Table Operators shall perform work within the trade claims of the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, Iron Ship Builders, Blacksmiths, Forger and Helpers of the International Constitution, Article 11.
WORK CLASSIFICATIONS. 39 a) Wage rates for all classifications of work within the bargaining unit shall be mutually agreed to between the COMPANY and the UNION, set forth separately, and attached to this Agreement and marked “Exhibit B”.
WORK CLASSIFICATIONS. If the Company establishes a new job classification within the bargaining unit during the term of this Agreement, the Company will notify the Union of any new classification and initially set the rate of pay for such new job classification. If the Union is not satisfied with the rate of pay established by the Company, it shall have the right within ten (10) days after the establishment of such new classification to file a grievance pursuant to Article 18 of this Agreement. If the grievance proceeds to the arbitration, the arbitrator shall have jurisdiction to determine only whether or not the rate of pay established for such new job classification bears a fair relationship to the other rates of pay set forth in this contract, and if not, what rate of pay would bear such relationship.
WORK CLASSIFICATIONS. This Agreement covers drivers on the following equipment: Low-boys, dumpcretes, scoopmobiles, mixer trucks, dumpsters or similar equipment, fork lift, koehring or similar dumpsters, euclids, hug-bottom dumps, tournapulls, tournatrailers, tournarockers, or similar equipment when used for transportation purposes, A-frame trucks when used for transportation purposes, winch trucks, pavement breakers, batch trucks - wet or dry, track trucks, and hydrolift trucks, pole trailers, pilot vehicles, articulated dump trucks, vactor trucks or similar equipment when used for transportation purposes. The Employer agrees to notify the Union Representative when using new types of equipment not covered by this Agreement and they shall immediately negotiate the wage scale of same. The geographical scope covered by this Agreement is as follows: Adams, Alexander, Bond, Brown, Bureau, Calhoun, Carroll, Cass, Champaign, Christian, Clay, Clinton, Coles, Cumberland, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Effingham, Fayette, Ford, Franklin, Fulton, Gallatin, Greene, Hamilton, Hancock, Hardin, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx, and that part of Iroquois County covered by Champaign Local Union No. 26 and excepting those portions of Ford and Xxxxxx Counties within the jurisdiction of Local Union No. 179 at Joliet, Illinois. The Townships of Reading, New Town, Sunbury, Nevada, Long Point and Amity within Xxxxxxxxxx County within the jurisdiction of Local Union No. 722, LaSalle, Illinois. WORK CLASSIFICATIONS. A. Passenger Service Agents/Ticket Counter Agent - Shall be responsible for handling of mail, baggage, cargo and other materials to and from aircraft; loading and unloading of aircraft; operation of ground vehicular equipment; parking and cleaning of aircraft; delivering messages and packages; running errands; assisting in moving light equipment; assisting in assembling materials; preparation of materials for shipping; selling and issuing tickets; furnishing air transportation information and related information to passengers and the general public; making reservations and performing ticket counter services; including keeping counter operations records; file and notify passengers of flight information, answer special inquiries regarding animals, delays, mail service, purchasing of tickets, ground transportation, handle lost and found inquiries and baggage tracing; assisting passengers; conveying messages to the public and passenger; fueling of aircraft, filing, compiling routings and fare constructions; checking baggage; meal vouchers; handling hotel and rent-a-car reservations and sales, handling documentation concerning aircraft manifest, aircraft records, weight and balance of aircraft; boarding flights; dissemination of immigration and customs information; process requests for the shipping of air freight; quoting rates, routes and schedules; tracing, forwarding, rating, filing; pick-up and delivery; preparation of materials for shipping; documentation; handling freight reservations; file tariffs; handle and maintain records and reports. Perform other duties as assigned, including minor building repairs and ground equipment maintenance and the pushback of aircraft from the gate.
B. Technical Stores/Supply Personnel - Will be responsible for the proper identification, initial receiving, stocking, issuing and handling of all aircraft parts, tools, materials and supplies maintained within the inventory; proper storage of these parts and tools to include segregation of all parts in the stock room; collecting and maintaining, for file, the packing lists, maintenance releases and related materials accompanying incoming parts and tools; coordinating with the Quality Assurance Department on the inspection and identification of incoming parts and tools; shipping of parts and tools for repair and stock; preparing air bills, dangerous goods forms and related shipping documents; contacting vendors for shipping information; and maintaining the premises of the storag...

And the Company and the Union will attempt to agree on the proper rate of pay. If they cannot agree, the Company shall set the rate of pay for such new job classification. If the Union is not satisfied with the rate of pay established by the Company, it shall have the right within ten (10) days to file a grievance pursuant to Article 15 of this Agreement. If the grievance proceeds to arbitration, the arbitrator shall have jurisdiction to determine only whether or not the rate of pay established for such new job classification bears a fair relationship to the other rates of pay set forth in this Contract, and if not, what rate of pay would bear such relationship.
Section 2 The job descriptions in Appendix E are to be considered as general guidelines. Both parties recognize that certain duties, tools or products as outlined within a particular Fabricator Grade may change or vary during the term of the contract. It is the responsibility of the Company, after consultation with the Union for significant revisions, to determine and outline the level of experience and type of the work being performed while maintaining a degree of comparability within each grade.
