Common use of Work Continuation Clause in Contracts

Work Continuation. E. It is agreed and understood that there will be no strike, work stoppage, slowdown, picketing, or refusal or failure to fully and faithfully perform job functions and responsibilities, or other interference with the operation of the District by the Exclusive Representative or by any of the Exclusive Representative's officers, agents, representatives, or members during the term of this Agreement, including compliance with the request of other labor organizations to engage in such activity.

It is agreed and understood that there will be no strike, work stoppage, slowdown, picketingpicketing in furtherance of a strike, etc., or failure and/or refusal or failure to faithfully and fully and faithfully perform job functions and responsibilities, or other interference with the District’s operation of the District by the Exclusive Representative Association or by any of the Exclusive Representative's its officers, agents, representatives, or members employees covered by this Agreement during the term of this Agreement, including compliance with the request of requests by other labor employee organizations to engage in such activitythose activities. Employees who violate this Article may be subject to discipline up to and including termination of their employment with the District.
