Common use of WORK CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

WORK CONTRACT. The contract for this project shall consist of: this Agreement and the special terms contained herein; the project plans, drawings and specifications including but not limited to the Notice to Contractors; the Contract Specifications, including the Special Provisions contained therein; Contractors Bid Proposal; all bonds, affidavits and insurance certificates; and any Change Orders approved by the Town as provided for in the Contract Specifications. All of these documents shall be integrated and are intended to cooperate with one another. Differences or conflicts between these integrated documents shall be finally determined by the Engineer.
