WORK DAY START & FINISH TIME ADJUSTMENT. Subject to operational requirements, the regular start and finish time of an employee’s shift shall be adjusted by up to 20 minutes at the employee’s request in order to facilitate the employee travelling to and from work on the Victoria Regional Transit System, car or van pooling.
