ARTICLE TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGE Both parties recognize the overall advantages of technological change. Both parties will, therefore, encourage and promote technological change and improvements in the field of translation, interpretation and terminology. The Employer agrees to provide as much advance notice as i s practicable but not less than three (3) months’ notice to the Union of any major technological change in equipment which would result in significant changes in the employment status or working conditions of employees. In addition, the Employer agrees to consult with the Union with a view to resolving problems which arise as a result of the introduction of such technological change.
