Work Force Report. If based on a review of the Work Force Report (Attachment BB) submitted an EOCP staff Work Force Analysis determines there are under representations when compared to County Labor Force Availability data, then the Consultant will also be required to submit an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Plan to the Program Manager of the City of San Diego Equal Opportunity Contracting Program (EOCP) for approval.
Work Force Report. Contractors shall submit with their bid a Work Force Report (WFR) for approval by the City. (Attachment BB). If the City determines that there are under representations when compared to County Labor Force Availability data, then the Contractor will also be required to submit an Equal Employment Opportunity Plan (EEOP) to the City for approval.
