Work Health and Safety Plan. A.1.1. Prior to the commencement of Works and before possession of the Site the Contractor must have a Work Health and Safety Plan (the WH&S Plan) approved by Principal which will address all WH&S issues relevant to the Work and the Site, including but not limited to: a. recognition of its duty of care to employees and the wider community; b. outlining the planning processes and procedures in place that have the capacity to identify possible health and safety impacts; c. site and task specific safe work method statements including site induction; d. outlining the planning processes and procedures in place to develop measures to minimise health and safety impacts and risks;
