Common use of Work Health and Safety Plan Clause in Contracts

Work Health and Safety Plan. The work health and safety plan prepared by the Contractor and finalised under clause 8.7, which can be either Contract specific or site specific, and must: set out in adequate detail the procedures the Contractor will implement to manage the Contractor's Activities from a work health and safety perspective; describe how the Contractor proposes to ensure the Contractor's Activities are performed consistently with Statutory Requirements in relation to work health and safety; and address the matters specified in the Contract Particulars.
