Common use of Work-in-Progress Documentation Clause in Contracts

Work-in-Progress Documentation. Agent shall be entitled to inspect not more than once each quarter documentation with a scope reasonably identified by Agent with respect to any work-in-progress, including, without limitation, sales contracts, loan commitments, buyer deposits, lot purchase closing statements, certificates of occupancy, notices of commencement, etc.

Work-in-Progress Documentation. The Agent shall be entitled to inspect not more than once each quarter the documentation with a scope reasonably identified by Agent with respect to any all work-in-progress, progress including, without limitation, sales contracts, end loan commitments, buyer deposits, lot purchase closing statements, certificates of occupancy, notices of commencement, etc. Further, the Agent may request such documentation monthly with respect to a random sample pool of such documentation.
