Work Injury Outside of Quebec. The Producer shall indemnify a Director or Second Unit Director who suffers a work- related accident outside Quebec, in the event that the provincial protection plan established by the Act Respecting Occupational Health and Safety and the Act Respecting Industrial Accidents and Occupational Diseases does not apply.
